Like many camera owners, you have a camera and an on camera flash, and like most people you might rely completely on TTL or have completely given up using the on camera strobe as you can’t get it to work for you. If this sounds familiar this class is intended for you.

This is a hands on class designed for Nikon, Canon, Sony and Pentax owners who want to learn how to use their on camera strobe to in a variety of shooting conditions. You will be shown how to use simple modifiers like umbrellas and reflectors to shape the light and create dramatic lighting effects.

This class is limited to 20 participants with a minimum of 1:10 instructor to participant ratio.

Dust off your on camera flash and make sure you have a fresh set of batteries. Bring your camera, 1 lens of your choice, on camera flash, and don’t forget your sense of humor. Dress comfortably as you will be expected to work in this class. Weather permitting we may have a portion of the class outdoors.

This class offers a good foundation for other lighting classes offered by the Richard Dischler Photo Workshops.

Fee: $79.99 ($59.99 RDPW Members)
